The Core Collection Pre-Order

Reserve your Core Collection pieces today and be among the first to wear Rysenne.

You'll be charged 50% at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely, and the remaining balance will be charged when your order ships.

Expected arrival for Core Collection pre-orders is October 2026.

We'll keep you updated throughout the process and If our estimated delivery timeline changes materially, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible.

Processing Times

Your order is confirmed immediately after checkout and reserved in our first production run.

Once we receive inventory, orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email at this time with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States ship via our trusted carriers.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

Pre-Order is currently available only within The United States.

We plan to offer international shipping very soon.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and timing is managed by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. They have the most up-to-date shipping information.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Please contact customerservice@rysenne.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

  • Order Confirmation Number
  • Photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Delivery Address Changes

You may make changes to your Delivery Address at any time before fulfillment begins.

To edit your Delivery Address, log in with the same information used to place your order and navigate to the Orders section of your profile or on the Thank You page immediately after checkout.

If the "Update Delivery Address" button is not visible, your order has already entered fulfillment, and any address changes must be coordinated directly with the shipping carrier.
