Cancellation Policy
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate fulfillment. Fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price is charged at checkout, and the purchased item(s) are immediately reserved from an upcoming production run. Your payment method is stored securely, and the remaining balance will be charged when your order ships. Your order will be fulfilled once inventory becomes available.
Cancellation Requests
If your pre-order has not yet entered fulfillment, you may request cancellation by logging in to your account and navigating to the Orders section.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before fulfillment begins and receive a full refund to your Original Payment Method.
Once your order has entered fulfillment, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. For purposes of this policy, an order is considered to have entered fulfillment once processing for shipment has begun.
Cancellation requests are not considered complete until confirmed by Rysenne.
Returns After Delivery
If your pre-order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Cancellation Policy for All Other Orders
Orders containing in-stock products are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt shipment. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations by Rysenne
Rysenne reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Payment authorization issues
- Inventory discrepancies
- Product availability
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
- Any other circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling an order
If Rysenne cancels an order after payment has been received, any amount charged for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded to the Original Payment Method.
If a cancelled pre-order has not yet been charged in full, no additional charges will be collected and the amount already paid will be refunded to the Original Payment Method.
